Turn-Around and Recovery Services

E-mail Print PDF

eCameron prepares and implements plans for the acquisition, restructuring or turn-around of organizations and projects. We will conduct pre- and post-acquisition due diligence on an organization, department or project. Our goal is to provide assessment and, if needed, implement the plan that provides the greatest ROI possible. The services we provide can be in the form of a high-level assessment to determine the degree of problems present, detailed assessment of operations, costs and revenue potential, develop recovery plan (if deemed necessary) from the assessment and implement the recommendations.
